Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated: 2026-05-26

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing codingdunia.com you accept these terms. If you don't agree with anything here, please stop using the site. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top is the authoritative one.

2. What This Site Is

Coding Dunia is an editorial publication. We publish tutorials and opinion pieces about software engineering. We are not a software vendor, a consultancy, or a code-as-a-service platform. The content is for educational reading.

3. Use of Content

3.1 Prose

Article prose (headlines, paragraphs, lists, screenshots we took ourselves) is copyrighted to Coding Dunia. Short fair-use quotations with attribution and a link back are welcome. Bulk republication, translation, or AI training without written permission is not allowed.

3.2 Code samples

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the article, code samples are released under the MIT License. Copy them into your projects, modify them, ship them in commercial products — no need to ask. Attribution is appreciated but not required.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Attempt to break, probe, or overload our infrastructure
  • Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others (rate-limit yourself to under 1 request per second)
  • Republish full articles without permission
  • Misrepresent our content as your own

5. Affiliate Disclosure

Some posts link to tools and products via affiliate programs (Amazon Associates among others). If you buy through one of those links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We disclose affiliate links and our recommendations are independent of commission rates. See the disclaimers page for the full editorial-independence statement.

6. No Warranty

Code samples and tutorials are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Production code needs your own testing, your own security review, and your own understanding of the dependencies involved. We are not liable for bugs introduced by code copied from this site.

7. Third-Party Links

We link to documentation, libraries, talks, and tools we find useful. We do not control the content on those external sites and we are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coding Dunia and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any content on it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute that can't be resolved by a friendly email exchange goes to the competent courts in Warsaw.

10. Contact
